Once the combing is finished, you'll diz the fiber off into beautiful top for an amazing spinning experience! Disclaimer: combing can be addictive!
Combs and fleece will be provided for class use, or you are welcome to bring your own.
Class fee $60.00
Kimberly Radcliffe's love of raw fleece began in 2010, with a not so great free fleece. But it was enough to ignite her passion for doing her own processing. Learning to comb came not so long after that first fleece because she was looking for that perfect prep for spinning fine lace yarn. She also knits, makes beeswax candles and is learning to weave. She lives in Fluvanna County, with a very patient and accommodating man, attempts to grow vegetables when she has time, and keeps a small flock of chickens!
